Over the years this seems to be on of the most difficult questions to answer. On the one hand there are those who argue that only the utmost rigour can be good enough. On the other hand there are others that reckon recklessness and carelessness is of no importance.
Tonight we will talk about who we can become better at making the choices required when it comes to cleanliness and design. What guiding principles can help us and what pitfalls should we look out for.
Tomas Malmsten will start with a short introduction to the problem. We will then talk about the questions raised, both by Tomas and by others. Tomas will facilitate the conversation, making sure it does not get stuck or derailed and ensuring as much as possible is explored.
About the facilitator: Tomas Malmsten has been programming for some 17 years. He still thinks there is as much to learn as it was when he started, and that's just when it comes to design. Tomas founded ØSCG in 2013 to bring other likeminded people together and create a forum where we can all learn about this together.
